How are my hours verified?
QR code check-in and check-out at every shift. The organization coordinator confirms your hours through the admin scan page.
What happens to credits I don't use?
Credits never expire. Save them, gift them to another member, or redeem whenever you're ready.
Can I gift my credits to someone else?
Yes. From your credit wallet, search for any member by name or scan their QR code to transfer credits instantly.
How do I redeem credits for food?
Show your QR code at any partner location. No card, no cash, no ID needed.
How do shelter credits work?
3-5 shelter credits equals 1 night at a partner hotel or shelter. Book directly from the Shelter page in the app.
What if I need shelter but don't have enough credits?
In emergencies — extreme weather, crisis situations — shelter is available immediately. The hub covers the gap. No questions asked. You contribute back when you're able.
Is my volunteer history private?
Yes. Your credit wallet and service history are private to you unless you choose to share on the community leaderboard.
